Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Primetechware collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use this site or contact us offline, and the choices you have. You do not have to provide personal data to visit the site, but withholding requested information may limit the features you can use.
Data we collect
Personal data is information that identifies you or can be used to contact you, such as your name, email address, business address or phone number. We collect it when you send us a message or quote request, email or call us, take part in events, or deal with us through business partners.
Other data includes monitoring data (browser type, device, screen resolution and similar statistics), aggregated data, cookie and tracking-tool data, and IP addresses recorded in our server logs.
How we use personal data
- To respond to enquiries and fulfil quotes and orders;
- To send information about products and promotions you may be interested in (you can opt out at any time);
- For business purposes such as support, analysis, improving the site, marketing plans, product development, market research and meeting legal and regulatory requirements;
- To send important administrative communications about your orders or our policies.
Disclosure
We may share personal data with service providers (for example analytics, order fulfilment and payment processing), with affiliates, with strategic partners on jointly offered services, in connection with a business reorganisation or sale, and where required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property. This policy does not cover the privacy practices of third parties.
Your choices and rights
You can stop marketing emails at any time by emailing info@primetechware.com. You may also ask to review, correct, update, delete or limit our use of your personal data, or to receive a copy of it where the law allows. We may need to verify your identity first, and may retain some information for legal or record-keeping purposes.
Security, retention and minors
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data, but no site is completely secure. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires. This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we ask that you do not send us sensitive personal data such as ID numbers, health or biometric information.

Cookie Policy
Some pages use cookies. Cookies are small text files stored by your browser; they do not harm your computer or contain viruses. They make the site more user-friendly, efficient and secure. Most are session cookies that are deleted when you leave; others remain until you delete them so we can recognise your browser on your next visit.
We also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which use cookies and similar technologies to report on site use and trends. You can configure your browser to alert you to cookies, accept or reject them case by case, or delete them when you close the browser. Disabling cookies may limit site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals.
Server log files
Our server automatically records browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of request and IP address. This data is not combined with other sources.
Contact form
When you use our contact or quote forms we collect the details you enter in order to answer your request and follow-up questions. We do not share them without your permission, and keep them until you ask us to delete them or the purpose no longer applies.
